Nexus Mind & Medical Center, PLLC — 3925 S Preston Road, Suite 106, Celina, Texas 75009. Texas Telehealth appointments are scheduled during normal operating hours for eligible patients physically located in Texas.

Form response policy

Non-urgent messages submitted before 3:00 PM Monday through Friday will receive a response the same business day. Inquiries submitted after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on clinic holidays will be answered on the following business day.
