Our standard

## Conformance goal.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is reviewed as content and features are added, and known issues are prioritized for correction.

Some third-party components, such as embedded scheduling or portal tools, are outside our direct control. Where a third-party experience creates a barrier, we will provide the same information or service through an alternative accessible channel.

In-clinic accessibility

## At the Celina clinic.

Our Celina location provides accessible entry and exam space, and our team will assist with check-in, forms, and wayfinding on request. Reasonable accommodations, including auxiliary aids and language assistance, are available at no cost to the patient. Please request accommodations when scheduling so we can prepare in advance.
